Are all of your products Ready to Eat (RTE)?
Not all of our products are Ready to Eat. Depending on your specific application, you may or may not require RTE products. We offer both options to cater to diverse needs.

What are your minimum order quantities?
Most items in our inventory have a minimum order quantity of one box, which typically ranges from 30 to 55 lbs. Please contact our sales team for specific details about the product you’re interested in.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options including Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), Air Freight, UPS Air/Ground, and FedEx. We will work with you to determine the best shipping method for your needs.
What kind of quality documentation is provided with your products?
Each item comes with a custom specification sheet and a Certificate of Analysis (COA), which includes microbiological testing and results. Additional custom testing can be provided based on your unique requirements, and our team is equipped to support your specific needs.
Do you provide samples before purchase?
Absolutely! We can provide samples once we understand more about your specific project and requirements. Our team is here to support you in making the right choice for your application and business needs.
Are your products water-soluble?

How is the material packaged?
Packaging varies based on the product, but most items are packed in food-grade poly liners inside boxes. This ensures that the materials remain safe and uncontaminated during transit.
Do you offer fresh material?
All our products are dehydrated. We currently do not offer fresh material.
What does "Organic" mean?
Organic products are grown and processed without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms. They adhere to strict standards set by certification bodies to ensure they are produced in an environmentally sustainable and responsible manner.
What does "Wildcrafted" mean?
According to the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA), wildcrafted products are harvested from their natural or wild habitats. The harvesting process is done sustainably, ensuring that the plant populations and their environments are not adversely affected. Wildcrafting involves careful and ethical collection practices to preserve the natural ecosystem.
Do you offer extracts?
We do not offer liquid or powdered extracts. However, we do offer products that can be used to create extracts.
Do you offer third-party milling services?
Yes, we offer custom milling services with a variety of milling and cutting machines. We require a minimum order quantity of at least 2,500 lbs. per run for milling services.
